Michele Morris BSN, RN CDP
Trusted Hands Nurse Concierge was built on a foundation of experience, compassion, and a commitment to bridging the gaps in surgical care—led by co-founder Michele, a registered nurse with over 30 years of clinical expertise.
Her background spans medical-surgical nursing, surgical intensive care, and pre- and post-operative anesthesia care, allowing her to bring a deep, intuitive understanding of what patients need before and after surgery. She is skilled in anticipating challenges and supporting smoother recoveries at home.
Michele is also trained in holistic health coaching, integrating natural wellness approaches—including cannabis education—when appropriate to support comfort, recovery, and overall well-being.
Through a blend of clinical excellence and personalized care, she provides seamless, one-on-one support that helps clients feel prepared, empowered, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.
Holly Bidlack MSN, RN CRNA (retired)
Holly brings over three decades of experience across the full spectrum of patient care—blending high-level clinical expertise with a deeply intuitive, whole-person approach that is severely lacking in health care today.
Her background spans radiologic technology, nursing, and anesthesia care, with experience in ICU, CCU, and surgical intensive care. In addition she has clinical experience in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative settings. This rare, full-circle perspective allows her to not only understand the surgical process—but to guide patients and families through it with clarity, foresight, and reassurance.
Holly is also certified in health, life, and cannabis health coaching. She recognizes that true healing extends beyond the procedure—into the nervous system, the home environment, and the lived experience of each individual.
Her work through Trusted Hands Nurse Concierge reflects this belief: that expert care and human connection should exist together—so clients feel safe and supported.
